With the African Cup of Nations and the FIFA World Cup taking place in Africa in 2010 there will be an unprecedented spotlight on African football.

In©, the largest freelance strategic editorial agency in the world, is coordinating an overland soccer odyssey from London to South Africa, host country of the 2010 World Cup.

Our objective is to illustrate how football unifies Africa from grass roots to professional level, integrating all aspects of culture: from playing football with the Tuareg in the Sahara; singer Youssou N’Dour’s (writer of "La Cour des Grands" the World Cup anthem) passion for football and music in Senegal; to the use of black magic in football in Benin.
