Case Study
'Focus Music on the Move' was a charity music tour and exhibition created by In© to prove that the instruments made from parts of the Ford Focus for the TV ad 'Beautifully Arranged' really worked. In© instigated the recording of a charity single on the instruments featuring Mike Rutherford (Genesis) and Kenney Jones (The Who). For an exclusive, The Sunday Times dedicated 3 pages and a web page to the event and made the track available for download. On the eve of the tour in April, members of Travis played live on the instruments for the Teenage Cancer Trust at the Royal Albert Hall - supporting The Fratellis. The instruments were also played in Covent Garden and busked in Glasgow and Liverpool. In©'s stories and content appeared in national and international press. Coverage appeared in The Sun, Sunday Times, Mirror, Observer, Evening Standard, Daily Telegraph, Virgin Radio, Radio 4 Loose Ends, BBC Breakfast and CNN.
